### sec.17 Evidence—certificates Section 52 (2) of the Act applies to all certificates made under this regulation that are or purport to be signed by— a health care professional; or an analyst; or an approved supplier within the meaning of section 14 . - (a) a health care professional; or - (b) an analyst; or - (c) an approved supplier within the meaning of section 14 .
