### sec.90 Compliant health and fitness management program A health and fitness management program that, immediately before the commencement, complied with the repealed Act, section 83 is taken to be a health and fitness program that complies with the national law, section 114. Subsection (1) applies only during the transitional period. In this section— transitional period means the period starting on the commencement and ending 2 years later.
