### sec.89 Compliant emergency management plan An emergency management plan that, immediately before the commencement, complied with the repealed Act, section 82 is taken to be an emergency management plan that complies with the national law, section 113. Subsection (1) applies only during the transitional period. In this section— transitional period means the period starting on the commencement and ending 2 years later.
