### sec.22 Direction to provide specimen of breath or saliva The authorised person may direct the rail safety worker— to provide in accordance with the requirement 1 or more specimens for preliminary testing; and to comply with any reasonable requirement for the purpose of providing each of the specimens to which the direction is subject. - (a) to provide in accordance with the requirement 1 or more specimens for preliminary testing; and - (b) to comply with any reasonable requirement for the purpose of providing each of the specimens to which the direction is subject.
