### sec.115 Request for chief executive to decide safety matter This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— the chief executive had been asked to make a decision under the repealed Act, section 132(2) about a safety matter; but the chief executive had not made the decision. Despite the repeal of the repealed Act, section 132 of that Act continues to apply in relation to the request.
