### sec.114 Surrender of accreditation
This section applies if—
immediately before the commencement, an accredited person had, for the purposes of the repealed Act, section 124, given the chief executive a notice of surrender for the person’s accreditation; and
the surrender would have taken effect on a day after the day of the commencement.
The surrender takes effect on the day mentioned in subsection (1)(b) and the national law, section 75 does not apply.
(sec.114-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, an accredited person had, for the purposes of the repealed Act, section 124, given the chief executive a notice of surrender for the person’s accreditation; and the surrender would have taken effect on a day after the day of the commencement.
(sec.114-ssec.2) The surrender takes effect on the day mentioned in subsection (1)(b) and the national law, section 75 does not apply.
