#### 58 Fees 58 Fees > The fees set out in Schedule 3 are payable by a rail transport operator as specified in that Schedule. > > Note > > The Regulator may waive or refund the whole or any part of a fee payable under Part 3 Division 4 or Division 5 of the Law (see sections 77 and 96 of the Law). The Regulator may, for example, waive or refund part of the fee payable by a rail transport operator in respect of an application that relates to the operation of a not for profit tourist or heritage railway.
