#### 5 Declaration of drug 5 Declaration of drug > For the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of drug in section 4 (*Interpretation*) of the Law, a substance included in a Schedule to the current Poisons Standard within the meaning of the [Therapeutic Goods Act 1989](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth is declared to be a drug.
