### sec.72 Relevant offence— Act , sch 2
For schedule 2 of the Act , definition relevant offence , paragraph (d) , each of the following offences is prescribed—
an offence against the Criminal Code (Cwlth) , chapter 5 ;
an offence against a State law corresponding to an offence mentioned in the Criminal Code (Cwlth) , part 5.1 , other than an offence mentioned in schedule 2 of the Act , definition relevant offence , paragraph (a) , (b) or (c) ;
an offence against the Weapons of Mass Destruction (Prevention of Proliferation) Act 1995 (Cwlth) , section 9 ;
an offence against the Customs Act 1901 (Cwlth) relating to the importation or exportation of radioactive material;
an identity-related offence, including an offence related to—
assuming another person’s identity; or
counterfeiting documents related to a person’s identity; or
falsifying documents related to a person’s identity;
an offence related to the hijacking or destruction of an aircraft or sea vessel;
an offence involving an explosive, including an offence related to possession or supply;
an offence involving a weapon, including an offence related to—
use or possession, other than of a firearm; or
supply, production, importation or exportation;
an offence involving a prohibited drug, including an offence related to—
possession, if the maximum penalty prescribed is more than 2 years imprisonment; or
possession of equipment for the manufacture of a prohibited drug; or
supply, other than sale.
- (a) an offence against the Criminal Code (Cwlth) , chapter 5 ;
- (b) an offence against a State law corresponding to an offence mentioned in the Criminal Code (Cwlth) , part 5.1 , other than an offence mentioned in schedule 2 of the Act , definition relevant offence , paragraph (a) , (b) or (c) ;
- (c) an offence against the Weapons of Mass Destruction (Prevention of Proliferation) Act 1995 (Cwlth) , section 9 ;
- (d) an offence against the Customs Act 1901 (Cwlth) relating to the importation or exportation of radioactive material;
- (e) an identity-related offence, including an offence related to— (i) assuming another person’s identity; or (ii) counterfeiting documents related to a person’s identity; or (iii) falsifying documents related to a person’s identity;
- (i) assuming another person’s identity; or
- (ii) counterfeiting documents related to a person’s identity; or
- (iii) falsifying documents related to a person’s identity;
- (f) an offence related to the hijacking or destruction of an aircraft or sea vessel;
- (g) an offence involving an explosive, including an offence related to possession or supply;
- (h) an offence involving a weapon, including an offence related to— (i) use or possession, other than of a firearm; or (ii) supply, production, importation or exportation;
- (i) use or possession, other than of a firearm; or
- (ii) supply, production, importation or exportation;
- (i) an offence involving a prohibited drug, including an offence related to— (i) possession, if the maximum penalty prescribed is more than 2 years imprisonment; or (ii) possession of equipment for the manufacture of a prohibited drug; or (iii) supply, other than sale.
- (i) possession, if the maximum penalty prescribed is more than 2 years imprisonment; or
- (ii) possession of equipment for the manufacture of a prohibited drug; or
- (iii) supply, other than sale.
- (i) assuming another person’s identity; or
- (ii) counterfeiting documents related to a person’s identity; or
- (iii) falsifying documents related to a person’s identity;
- (i) use or possession, other than of a firearm; or
- (ii) supply, production, importation or exportation;
- (i) possession, if the maximum penalty prescribed is more than 2 years imprisonment; or
- (ii) possession of equipment for the manufacture of a prohibited drug; or
- (iii) supply, other than sale.
