### sec.42A Causing ionising radiation exposure from particular radioactive material
This section applies to a person who possesses radioactive material that is not a radioactive substance.
The person must ensure that another person does not receive a radiation dose of ionising radiation that is higher than the radiation dose limit prescribed by regulation for the ionising radiation.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
