### sec.167 Vacation of office An appointed member is taken to have vacated office if the member— resigns by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or can not continue as an appointed member under section 166 . - (a) resigns by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or - (b) can not continue as an appointed member under section 166 .
