### sec.122 Restrictions—places where persons are irradiated during a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure In exercising a power under subdivision 1 or 3 at a place where persons are irradiated during a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure, an inspector must not do anything that adversely affects— the privacy of a person undergoing, or waiting to undergo, a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure; or the result of a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure for a person. - (a) the privacy of a person undergoing, or waiting to undergo, a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure; or - (b) the result of a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure for a person.
