### sec.108 Identity cards
The chief executive must give an identity card to each inspector.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photograph of the inspector; and
be signed by the inspector; and
identify the person as an inspector for this Act; and
include an expiry date for the card.
This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other Acts.
(sec.108-ssec.1) The chief executive must give an identity card to each inspector.
(sec.108-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photograph of the inspector; and be signed by the inspector; and identify the person as an inspector for this Act; and include an expiry date for the card.
