### sec.103H Changes in criminal history
This section applies if there is a change in the criminal history of a person for whom a criminal history check has been, or is being, conducted under this division.
The person must immediately disclose the details of the change to the chief executive.
For a person who does not have a criminal history, there is taken to be a change in the person’s criminal history if the person acquires a criminal history.
The Criminal Law (Rehabilitation of Offenders) Act 1986 does not apply to disclosure under this section.

(sec.103H-ssec.1) This section applies if there is a change in the criminal history of a person for whom a criminal history check has been, or is being, conducted under this division.
(sec.103H-ssec.2) The person must immediately disclose the details of the change to the chief executive.

(sec.103H-ssec.4) The Criminal Law (Rehabilitation of Offenders) Act 1986 does not apply to disclosure under this section.
