### sec.87 Quarterly reports
A control body for a code of racing must give the Minister a report on the control body’s operations for the code for each quarter in a financial year.
As the control body for each board code of racing, the board must give the Minister 3 reports each quarter.
Each quarterly report must be given to the Minister—
within 6 weeks after the end of the quarter; or
if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the control body and the Minister—within the agreed period.
A quarterly report must contain the information required to be given in the report under the control body’s operational plan for the code of racing.
In this section—
quarter , in a financial year, means the following periods in the year—
1 July to 30 September;
1 October to 31 December;
1 January to 31 March;
1 April to 30 June.
