### sec.83 Control body may charge fees for its services
A control body for a code of racing may charge fees for services it provides as part of managing its code of racing.
A fee charged by the control body for a service, including matters relating to licensing, must reflect the reasonable cost to the control body of providing the service.
Despite subsection (1) , a control body may not charge a fee for a service provided to the Minister or the chief executive under this Act or to the commission for the purposes of the Racing Integrity Act .

(sec.83-ssec.1) A control body for a code of racing may charge fees for services it provides as part of managing its code of racing.
