### sec.65 Yearly fee payable by each control body
A control body must pay a fee to the chief executive in relation to each year for which its approval has effect.
A regulation may prescribe—
the amount of the fee payable under this section relating to each year; and
the date (the due date ) by which the fee relating to each year is payable.
If a fee is not paid by the due date—
the amount of the fee is a debt owing to the State; and
the failure to pay is a ground for taking, as mentioned in section 74 (1) (d) , disciplinary action relating to the approval of the control body.
