### sec.50 Objection to approval application
A person (an objector ) may object to an approval application by written submission given to the chief executive or the commission by the closure date stated in the advertisement.
The submission must state the objector’s reasons for objecting and, if applicable, may include conditions to which the objector believes an approval relating to the approval application should be subject.
If the chief executive is given a submission as mentioned in subsection (1) , the chief executive must give the commission a copy of it.
