### sec.47 Evidence of matters to be included in an approval application
An approval application must include evidence establishing each of the following—
the approval applicant is an eligible corporation;
each of its executive officers is an eligible individual;
each of its executive officers has skills and experience in 1 or more of the following areas—
the application code;
accounting;
animal welfare;
business;
commercial and marketing development;
law.

- (a) the approval applicant is an eligible corporation;
- (b) each of its executive officers is an eligible individual;
