### sec.28 Minister may direct convening of meeting etc. The Minister may direct the board to convene a meeting to consider a matter specified by the Minister. Without limiting subsection (1) , the Minister may direct the board to— convene a meeting to nominate a member, other than the chairperson, for appointment as the deputy chairperson; and give the Minister notice of the board’s nomination as soon as practicable after the meeting is convened.
