### sec.216 Rejection of notice of appeal
This section applies to an appellable decision if, as mentioned in previous section 149V(2)(c) and after the commencement, the chairperson rejects a notice of appeal relating to the appellable decision.
The chairperson must give the aggrieved person for the appellable decision a notice complying with the QCAT Act, section 157(2) for the decision.
The aggrieved person may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the decision.
QCAT may review the chairperson’s decision to reject a notice of appeal.
