### sec.208 Invoice for funding performance of Racing Integrity Commissioner’s functions before commencement Despite its repeal, previous section 113BA continues to apply in accordance with this section for the purposes of funding the Racing Integrity Commissioner’s functions before the commencement. If an invoice under previous section 113BA was given to a control body and the amount of the invoice was not paid before the commencement, previous section 113BA(3) continues to apply and the amount of the invoice is payable in accordance with that subsection. Also, the chief executive may exercise powers under previous section 113BA(2) within 28 days after the commencement by deciding a control body must pay an amount for a period before the commencement and give the control body an invoice for the amount.
