### sec.188 Continuation of action started against licensed club under ch 3, pt 4 This section applies if, before the commencement, the former control body— gave a licensed club a show cause notice under chapter 3, part 4; and had not decided whether to take action under the part in relation to the club. Chapter 3, part 4 continues to apply from the commencement in relation to the show cause notice as if the notice had been given by the all-codes board.
