### sec.156 Appointments and authority The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the appointment of the Minister or the chief executive and the authority of the Minister or chief executive to do anything under this Act; the appointment of a person as a member, the chairperson, the deputy chairperson or the chief executive officer; the approval of a corporation as a control body. s 156 prev s 156 om 2009 No. 24 s 724 pres s 156 amd 2016 No. 12 s 374 - (a) the appointment of the Minister or the chief executive and the authority of the Minister or chief executive to do anything under this Act; - (b) the appointment of a person as a member, the chairperson, the deputy chairperson or the chief executive officer; - (c) the approval of a corporation as a control body.
