### sec.153 Interfering with particular things at licensed venue or places for holding trials This section applies to all of the following— a lighting, power or control system, lure drive, or any other plant or equipment, used in connection with holding a race or trial at a licensed venue or holding a trial at another place; a course prepared or laid out for holding the race or trial. A person must not interfere with a thing to which this section applies without permission from the responsible person for the licensed venue or place. Maximum penalty—400 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
