### sec.14 Composition
The board consists of at least 3, but not more than 9, persons (each a member ) as follows—
1 person to represent thoroughbred racing;
1 person to represent harness racing;
1 person to represent greyhound racing;
up to 6 other persons.
A member is appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister under section 15 .
The instrument of appointment of a member appointed under subsection (1) (a) , (b) or (c) must state the code of racing the person is to represent.
