### sec.137 Use of documents or information by control body
A control body may use documents or information gained from a wagering monitoring system or under a document or information request only for—
monitoring wagering activity to detect possible breaches of this Act or the control body’s rules of racing; and
taking investigative or enforcement action about the possible breaches.
Subsection (1) does not prevent the control body from providing the documents or information to the chief executive, the commission or another person if the control body is required to do so under this Act or another Act.

(sec.137-ssec.1) A control body may use documents or information gained from a wagering monitoring system or under a document or information request only for— monitoring wagering activity to detect possible breaches of this Act or the control body’s rules of racing; and taking investigative or enforcement action about the possible breaches.
(sec.137-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not prevent the control body from providing the documents or information to the chief executive, the commission or another person if the control body is required to do so under this Act or another Act.
