### sec.126 Control body to report to Minister about licensed club
Within 6 months after the end of each financial year, a control body must report to the Minister about—
whether each licensed club that should have given the club’s audited financial information for the financial year to the control body, as required by section 125 , has done so; and
any issues that have arisen following the control body’s assessment of the financial information; and
any information relating to the actions taken by the licensed club, or control body directions to the club, to rectify the identified issues; and
any other matter prescribed by regulation.

- (a) whether each licensed club that should have given the club’s audited financial information for the financial year to the control body, as required by section 125 , has done so; and

- (c) any information relating to the actions taken by the licensed club, or control body directions to the club, to rectify the identified issues; and
