### sec.123 Contravention by licensed club constitutes a ground for disciplinary action
If a licensed club contravenes a provision of this part, the contravention constitutes a ground for suspending or cancelling the licensed club’s licence.
For subsection (1) , it is immaterial whether the licensed club is prosecuted for an offence constituted by the contravention.
This part does not limit the matters that a control body’s policy about its licensing scheme may provide is a ground for disciplinary action relating to the licence of a club.

(sec.123-ssec.1) If a licensed club contravenes a provision of this part, the contravention constitutes a ground for suspending or cancelling the licensed club’s licence.
