### sec.113 Requirement relating to rules of racing In making rules of racing, a control body must have regard to whether the rules have sufficient regard to the rights and liberties of individuals as mentioned in the Legislative Standards Act 1992 , section 4 (3) . Failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity of the rules.
