### sec.43 Annual reports
The council must include in its annual report prepared under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 63 —
details of the functions performed by the council during the financial year; and
information about how effectively and efficiently the council has performed its functions, including identifying its key achievements, during the financial year; and
details of—
each statement of expectations given by the Minister under section 41 during the financial year and any actions taken by the council; and
a document or information requested by the Minister under section 42 during the financial year.
- (a) details of the functions performed by the council during the financial year; and
- (b) information about how effectively and efficiently the council has performed its functions, including identifying its key achievements, during the financial year; and
- (c) details of— (i) each statement of expectations given by the Minister under section 41 during the financial year and any actions taken by the council; and (ii) a document or information requested by the Minister under section 42 during the financial year.
