### sec.71 Definitions for div 2 In this division— commencement means the commencement of the provision in which the term is used. current appointment , of the present director, means the director’s appointment by the Governor in Council under the pre-amended Act, section 31(1), on 13 May 1999. current conditions see section 72(1). pre-amended Act means this Act as in force before the commencement. present director means the person holding office as the director at the commencement. s 71 prev s 71 ins 1997 No. 79 s 71 exp 22 January 2000 (see s 72) pres s 71 ins 2007 No. 53 s 29
