### sec.6 Composition of theatre company The theatre company is to consist of the number of members appointed by the Governor in Council. In appointing a member, regard must be had to the person’s ability to contribute to the theatre company’s performance and the implementation of its strategic and operational plans. A member must be appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 6 ins 1997 No. 79 s 66 amd 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.6-ssec.1) The theatre company is to consist of the number of members appointed by the Governor in Council.
