### sec.38 Committees
The theatre company may establish committees of the company.
A committee may exercise the powers delegated to it by the company under section 30 .
A committee is subject to the directions of the theatre company in exercising the powers.
A person may be appointed to a committee whether or not the person is a member of the theatre company.
In appointing a person to a committee, regard must be had to the person’s ability to take part in the exercise of the powers delegated to the committee.
A committee may be established for a rural or other area.

(sec.38-ssec.1) The theatre company may establish committees of the company.
(sec.38-ssec.2) A committee may exercise the powers delegated to it by the company under section 30 .
