### sec.36 Employees
The theatre company may employ the persons it considers necessary to perform its functions.
Subject to any relevant industrial instrument, the theatre company may decide the employees’ terms of employment.
The employees are to be employed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 .

(sec.36-ssec.1) The theatre company may employ the persons it considers necessary to perform its functions.
