### sec.31B Director is employee of the theatre company Despite section 31 — the director is an employee of the theatre company and not of the State; and subject to the conditions of the director’s appointment, the theatre company may enter into a contract of employment with the director. s 31B ins 2007 No. 53 s 26 - (a) the director is an employee of the theatre company and not of the State; and - (b) subject to the conditions of the director’s appointment, the theatre company may enter into a contract of employment with the director.
