### sec.30 Delegation by theatre company
The theatre company may, by resolution, delegate its powers to—
a member; or
a committee of members; or
the director; or
an appropriately qualified employee of the theatre company; or
a committee of the theatre company.
Section 38 deals with the establishment of committees of the theatre company.
