### sec.27 Conduct of affairs
At a meeting of the theatre company—
a question is decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting; and
each member present has a vote on each question to be decided and, if the votes are equal, the member presiding has a casting vote.
However, if a member is present at a meeting and entitled to vote on a question, but abstains from voting, the member is taken to have voted for the negative.
