### sec.24 Meetings The theatre company may hold its meetings where and when it decides. The theatre company may hold meetings, or allow members to take part in meetings, by telephone, video link or another form of communication that allows reasonably contemporaneous and continuous communication between the members taking part in the meeting. A member who takes part in a meeting under subsection (2) is taken to be present at the meeting. s 24 sub 1997 No. 79 s 68 (sec.24-ssec.1) The theatre company may hold its meetings where and when it decides.
