### sec.58 Report about decision
The authority must prepare a report about each step-in notice given for a prescribed decision or prescribed process.
The authority must include the following in the report—
a copy of the step-in notice;
details of each entity nominated, under section 55 (4) , to have jurisdiction for a condition in relation to the prescribed decision or process;
a copy of the notice, given under section 57 (1) , of the authority’s decision;
other details about the authority’s decision required by the Minister.
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after notice is given under section 57 (1) of the authority’s decision.

(sec.58-ssec.1) The authority must prepare a report about each step-in notice given for a prescribed decision or prescribed process.
