### sec.57 Notice of decision
The authority must give notice of its decision under section 55 about the prescribed decision or prescribed process to—
the applicant and decision-maker for the prescribed decision or process; and
each entity nominated by the authority to have jurisdiction for a condition in relation to the prescribed decision or process.
The authority must also give notice of its decision under section 55 about the prescribed decision to the local government for the land to which the prescribed decision relates if—
the prescribed decision is a decision on an application for a development approval or a change application; and
the local government is not the decision-maker for the prescribed decision.
A notice under this section must include—
the reasons for the authority’s decision; and
the conditions, if any, imposed under section 55 (2) in relation to the decision.

(sec.57-ssec.1) The authority must give notice of its decision under section 55 about the prescribed decision or prescribed process to— the applicant and decision-maker for the prescribed decision or process; and each entity nominated by the authority to have jurisdiction for a condition in relation to the prescribed decision or process.
(sec.57-ssec.2) The authority must also give notice of its decision under section 55 about the prescribed decision to the local government for the land to which the prescribed decision relates if— the prescribed decision is a decision on an application for a development approval or a change application; and the local government is not the decision-maker for the prescribed decision.
(sec.57-ssec.3) A notice under this section must include— the reasons for the authority’s decision; and the conditions, if any, imposed under section 55 (2) in relation to the decision.
- (a) the applicant and decision-maker for the prescribed decision or process; and
- (b) each entity nominated by the authority to have jurisdiction for a condition in relation to the prescribed decision or process.
