### sec.91 Severability
Subsection (2) applies if a provision of—
this Act; or
a transfer notice;
is held by a court or judge to be beyond power, invalid or unenforceable.
The provision is to be disregarded or severed and the court’s or judge’s decision does not affect the remaining provisions of the Act or transfer notice which continue to have effect.
This section does not affect the operation of the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 9 in any way.
