### sec.77 Individual contracts of employment This section applies if an employee of Queensland Rail Limited immediately before the transfer day (a transferred employee ) is not employed under a federal enterprise agreement but instead has an individual contract of employment with Queensland Rail Limited. The transferred employee’s individual contract of employment with Queensland Rail Limited is, on the transfer day, taken to be an individual contract of employment between the employee and the Authority and applies with any necessary changes to give effect to the contract.
