### sec.70 Definitions for pt 4 In this part— certified agreement see the IRA, schedule 5 . commission see the IRA, section 255 . corresponding provision of the IRA , to a provision of the Fair Work Act, means a provision of the IRA that is of similar effect to the provision of the Fair Work Act.
