### sec.61 Acquiring and disposing of subsidiaries The Authority may not, without the prior written approval of the responsible Ministers— form, or participate in the formation of, a company that will become a subsidiary of the Authority; or acquire shares or participate in any other transaction that will result in a body corporate becoming or ceasing to be a subsidiary of the Authority. - (a) form, or participate in the formation of, a company that will become a subsidiary of the Authority; or - (b) acquire shares or participate in any other transaction that will result in a body corporate becoming or ceasing to be a subsidiary of the Authority.
