### sec.59 Direction not to dispose of stated asset The responsible Ministers may, after consultation with the board, give the board a written direction requiring the Authority or a subsidiary of the Authority not to dispose of a stated asset. The board must ensure the direction is complied with in relation to the Authority and must, as far as practicable, ensure it is complied with in relation to any relevant subsidiary. The responsible Ministers must publish a copy of the direction in the gazette within 21 days after it is given.
