### sec.46 Interaction with the Financial Accountability Act 2009
If something is required to be done under this division and the same thing, or something to the same effect, is required to be done under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , compliance with this division is sufficient compliance with the Financial Accountability Act 2009 .
Otherwise, the requirements under this division are in addition to the requirements under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 .
If there is an inconsistency between this division and the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , this division prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
(sec.46-ssec.1) If something is required to be done under this division and the same thing, or something to the same effect, is required to be done under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , compliance with this division is sufficient compliance with the Financial Accountability Act 2009 .
