### sec.23 Time and place of meetings
Board meetings are to be held at the times and places the board decides.
The board must meet at least once every 3 months.
The chairperson of the board may, at any time, call a meeting of the board.
The chairperson of the board must call a meeting of the board if asked, in writing, to do so by at least 2 members of the board.
