### sec.12 Ministerial directions
The responsible Ministers may give the Authority a written direction in relation to the Authority and its subsidiaries.
The Authority must comply with the direction.
The board must ensure the direction is complied with in relation to the Authority and must, as far as practicable, ensure it is complied with in relation to its subsidiaries.
