### sec.34 Minister’s response to and public availability of report for inquiry This section applies if the commission gives the Minister a report about an inquiry undertaken by the commission. The Minister must give the commission a written response to the report within 3 months after receiving the report. As soon as practicable after receiving the Minister’s response, the commission must publish the report on the commission’s website.
